  • At least 100 hours of active sales activities per month (calls/meetings/CRM) and/or submitting 100 offers per month.
  • In the second and third month of employment, sell insurance contracts with monthly insurance premiums of at least 1,000 euros.
  • To introduce potential customers to the insurance products offered by the
  • Employer’s cooperation partner and to share clear and accurate information about the products of interest to each potential customer.
  • Assist clients in completing and signing the insurance contract in the form given or authorized by the Employer.
  • Collect additional documents from the client necessary for concluding an insurance contract and submit them to the Employer’s partner in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Inform customers about monthly payments and payment plans and make sure all payments are made by the deadline. If the customer has not made a payment, the customer must be contacted and helped to design a new payment schedule.
  • Establish customer relations, including, if necessary, meeting with the customer and assisting with insurance-related questions and other tasks that arise from the nature of the work and are related to the achievement of the Employer’s goals. Also promote the new insurance products of the
  • Employer’s cooperation partner by phone, in centers, at fairs or in other ways that have been previously agreed with the Employer.
  • Prospecting, collecting and recording numbers for new potential customers from existing customers and other third parties.
  • Attending meetings provided by the company where insurance sales and sales techniques can be improved.
  • Keep up to date with the values of the Southwestern Family of Companies, understand them and follow them in your work.

  • You communicate with potential customers mainly in shopping centers, a little by phone;
  • you attract new sponsors;
  • you participate in training, during which you develop both professional and personal skills;
  • you have regular meetings with the manager, where the achieved results, current problems and future goals are set;
  • with good results in 6-12 months it is possible to grow into a leader of a small team and take on new projects over time.
