Priit’s mission has been to find team members who are more skilled, smarter, friendlier and more innovative than he is – because that is how Ventures can grow and achieve its goals. And he has succeeded! Priit believes the best teams are made up of diverse people who have learned to bring out the best in one another. He leads by example, remaining calm and composed, thanks to 20 years of working with sales teams and of raising four children.
Katre is responsible for the financial matters of the company, ensuring accuracy and smooth operations. Clear communication and integrity are important to her and she believes that meeting deadlines and keeping commitments are key to successful collaboration. Always ready to find solutions and support the team, Katre ensures that financial processes run reliably and contribute to the long-term success of the company.
As a financial specialist, Karmen approaches her work with dedication and meticulousness. She is empathetic and responsible, always ready to support her colleagues and foster smooth collaboration. Karmen values honesty and openness, and believes that every experience is an opportunity to learn and grow.
Pille takes care of everything that helps our sales teams succeed – from human resource management to marketing. Whenever a question arises, she always finds the answer. Having previously worked in sales and currently pursuing her master’s degree, Pille believes there is a solution to every problem and considers it essential to foster a strong corporate culture and a positive working environment.
Dominykas began his career within the group of companies in 2017 and currently leads the Southwestern Ventures divisions in Lithuania. His greatest strength lies in his ability to recognize talent, build teams, and help them achieve their goals. Dominykas focuses not on sales themselves, but on helping his team members grow — developing discipline, building self-confidence, creating positive habits, and becoming the best version of themselves. As a result, their sales performance naturally improves.
Mihkel leads the Insurance Division at Southwestern Ventures, overseeing both sales results and team development. As a dedicated leader and true sales enthusiast, he believes that success begins with the right mindset, consistency, and professionalism. Mihkel values structure and a people-centered approach, helping each team member make the most of their strengths. His goal is to build a sales culture in Estonia and across Europe that is based on responsibility, honesty, and conscious growth.
Olev Kork is an entrepreneur, team leader and campaign manager for the Estonian Reform Party in Tartu. He has led sales teams of over 100 members at Southwestern Ventures and co-ordinated successful election campaigns in Tartu. Olev believes the greatest value of work lies in giving young people the opportunity to grow, develop self-confidence and make a real impact on society.
More than 10 years ago, Liene Zakule began her sales career selling children’s educational books door-to-door in the USA. Today, she heads the SW Finance Division in Latvia in partnership with ERGO, focusing on growth, teamwork and customer success. She believes that strong leadership comes from empathy, continuous learning and creating opportunities for others to succeed – and that with the right tools and a willingness to learn, anyone can achieve success.
Zane brings international sales experience from the United States of America, Canada, England and across Europe. She is known for her calm self-confidence and depth – truly embodying the saying ‘still waters run deep’. Zane believes that in any profession, what matters most is hard work and the attitude with which people approach their jobs. She keeps things simple, speaks with purpose and values substance over noise. For her, sales is a vitally important profession – without salespeople, no company can grow or close deals.
Ilja is the newest member of Southwestern Ventures and leads our Ramquist team in Latvia. He began his sales career in 2016 by selling books, and like many in our team, he has stayed committed to continuous growth in sales and leadership. His determination, energy, and positive mindset have made a strong impact on both his team and clients.
