That was the beginning \u2013 the foundation of today\u2019s insurance division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Growth was rapid: new team members, our own office, the first in-center sales days, and record-breaking weeks. In 2022, the team went out to fairs and trade shows, and by August had already achieved its best month \u2013 over \u20ac10,000 in sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2023, the team entered a new phase: they started selling life insurance, began holding regular team days, and opened a new office on Siduri Street. In 2024, the entire team shifted fully to life insurance sales, and a sales trainer position was created. Today, insurance sales is one of Ventures\u2019 fastest-growing divisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why is this work important?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Insurance doesn\u2019t change every day \u2013 but it can change an entire life. Accidents and unexpected events come without warning, and when they do, the consequences are always serious. This is where our work comes in: insurance provides security and peace of mind, knowing that when something happens, support is there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our work isn\u2019t just about filling out policies. It\u2019s about helping people in moments when they need clarity, support, and solutions. Some calls are a quick \u201cno,\u201d while others end with a client\u2019s heartfelt thank you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Taavi Vesinurm<\/strong>, who was already breaking records in spring 2022, recalls:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em><em>\u201cThe best moment is when a client says: \u2018Now I feel much calmer.\u2019 That\u2019s when you realize this isn\u2019t just sales \u2013 it\u2019s a real impact on someone\u2019s life.\u201d<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The team\u2019s records speak for themselves:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Best day<\/strong> \u2013 10 contracts (Taavi)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Best week<\/strong> \u2013 41 contracts (Taavi)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Best month<\/strong> \u2013 82 contracts (Taavi)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Best quarter<\/strong> \u2013 155 contracts (Kelli)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Best year<\/strong> \u2013 447 contracts (Kelli)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These numbers are not just statistics \u2013 they represent hundreds of people who today have more security and protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Who is this work for?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This job is for people who want to grow and develop skills you don\u2019t easily learn elsewhere: communication, confidence, persistence. You don\u2019t need to be a \u201csuper salesperson.\u201d What you need is to be genuine, eager to learn, and determined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most team members start in a <strong>sales support role<\/strong>, learning how to make calls and schedule meetings. From there, they move to <strong>trauma protection product advisor<\/strong>, then to <strong>life insurance advisor<\/strong>. After that, it\u2019s up to the person whether they remain a sales specialist or step into a team leader role. At each stage, both responsibility and income grow. He consistently ranked in the <strong>top 2% of salespeople<\/strong> across the entire company. In addition, he has raised over \u20ac1 million in recurring donations for the Tallinn Children\u2019s Hospital Support Foundation, led teams, and recruited thousands of donors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, Mihkel is the head of the insurance division, and his daily mission is to build a system where every person can grow. In his words:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cSales is not just numbers. Sales is self-awareness, mindset, and the ability to lead yourself and others. If a person learns to succeed in sales, they can succeed in anything in life.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>His mission is to prove that professional, high-quality sales is possible in Estonia and to grow the Ventures Insurance team into a global standard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vision \u2013 from insurance to career<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ventures Insurance is not just about contracts.
