Southwestern Ventures was born from the belief that young people must have a place where they can grow.
Not only on the career ladder, but also as a person – by learning, earning, and creating something meaningful. We did not simply create a sales organization. We created an environment where effort = growth, and where every person has the opportunity to leave a mark.
Southwestern Ventures was founded in December 2018 as part of the Southwestern Family of Companies – a group of companies with a history spanning more than 160 years. Our goal was to bring this long-term experience and strong value foundation to Europe, creating practical career opportunities for young people through sales and leadership.
During the first year, Ventures founder Jaak Roosaare and our CFO Madli Suitslepp managed to create more than 80 part-time jobs. We helped several partners successfully collect charitable donations and supported G4S in improving fire safety by installing smart Nublu carbon monoxide detectors.
Today we have grown into a multi-level organization with four main directions:
Our headquarters is located in Tallinn, but we also operate in Latvia, Lithuania and Poland. Since 2021, Southwestern Ventures has been led by Priit Märtin.
Our mission is simple but powerful
This is not just a workplace. It is a platform that builds confidence, responsibility, and leadership skills. Our people become those who can be relied on – and who create opportunities for themselves.
Our strategy: to grow together with people
Growth does not happen by itself. We have a clear plan and system based on the principles of the Southwestern Family of Companies:
For us, success means more
We do not measure success only in numbers. We measure it in people who have become more confident. In young people who have found direction. In teams that work together, not against each other. In partners who see that our work creates value.
If you are looking for an environment where effort leads to growth, and where work means not only doing the job but also developing yourself, then you are on the right track.
