Do I need previous sales experience?
No, you do not need any. Our teams are designed to train you for sales work. We train, support and help you develop one step at a time.
What language is used at work?
Most teams work in their native language – Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian. Some communication may also take place in English, but all customer interactions are always conducted in the local language.
How do you prepare me for the job?
Before you start, you will receive thorough training and have a supportive team leader by your side – we do not throw anyone in at the deep end. As you progress in your role, you will continue to develop through regular one-to-one meetings with your leader, ongoing training, team sessions and joint team events.
How old do I have to be to apply for a job?
Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Certain projects may require a higher minimum age, but usually being 18 is sufficient.
What products or services will I be selling?
We offer sales jobs in a wide variety of areas – insurance, charitable donations, security solutions, B2B services and more. During the application process, we will discuss the options in more detail to find the project that best suits you.
Can I choose when and where I work?
Yes – flexibility is one of our core values. For most projects, you can have a say in both your workload and location, ensuring your work fits around your life and goals.
How much can you earn in sales?
Your income depends on your performance – the focus is on performance pay rather than a fixed salary, and for good reason. There is no salary cap! You decide how much effort you put in and, in turn, how much you earn. A little tip: one of the most coveted rewards is becoming a member of the President’s Club – to achieve this, you need to earn more than the current president of the country.
