Although this job is not the easiest, it is fun and you meet many other young people doing the same job. In the summer we traveled and lived together and had fun.

You’ll have regular meetings with a supervisor to discuss results, address current issues, and set further goals. With good results within 6-12 months, you can grow to become a small team leader and eventually take on new projects over time.
